How much will it cost me?
At present, we do not make a charge for items of furniture. However, to cover transportation costs, a small minimum service and handling charge will be made. This applies to the delivery of furniture only, regardless of quantity. Domestic appliances are priced individually including handling charge. We reserve the right to change our pricing policy at any time.

Who can benefit?
Our policy is to serve those in greatest need. People in receipt of benefit or in financial hardship are our main concern. Clients are referred to us through caring agencies, and we accept self-referrals upon proof of benefit or hardship.
It is not always possible to supply all the goods requested, or to match preferred types or styles.
We do not operate a ‘Choose your own’ policy. The goods that we supply will be in a reasonable condition and fit for purpose. We do not clean upholstery or fabrics. All electrical appliances will be PAT tested.
